Today's Workout: I changed things up a bit and tried some intervals while running! How do I put this...um, it kicked my booty! SERIOUSLY! I think I sweat more in those 30 minutes than I have in a long time! Whew, but I feel great so maybe it'll be just enough to get my body burning calories and help me lose those 10lbs. I so desperately want OFF??!
Intervals are awesome! And they really help to keep things interesting. Congrats on the feature.
ReplyDeleteI really like interval training on the treadmill....I don't do it often (once every two weeks?) but I have been seeing steady improvements in my time with it.
