EDAMAME!


If you have tried it, hopefully you LOVE it...if you haven't, YOU MUST!
It's soybeans! They are delicious steamed and served hot or cold. High in fiber, rich in antioxidants, and High in protein too! What could be better than this??!
In the afternoon or whatever time of the day you feel like snacking...
enjoy these instead of a not-so-good-for-you, processed food!
Eat them with a dash of sea salt and they are a great, healthy snack alternative!!
PLUS they satisfy your NEED to munch :)

i love love love edamame, although i recently bought it and ended up throwing alot out since i think it may have upset my stomach - i need to look into that.

I love them! I use sea salt flakes instead of table salt and you can steam them in the microwave if you want. They are so good!
