...in YOUR living room!
If you have ON DEMAND through your cable provider, then you're in for a real treat :)
I have posted about this before, but I wanted to make sure you ALL take advantage of the great workouts available right in your living room FREE OF CHARGE!!
Ok, so some people are totally NOT into working out at home but since I stay at home with my two boys, and don't really want to bring them to a gym every day, this is my only option while they are young! If you'd be interested in trying it out, here's the simple steps:
(I posted about Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred a while back,
and some of her shred workouts are available through ON DEMAND as well)
* Go to ON DEMAND
* find SPORTS AND FITNESS
* find Exercise TV
* explore the 100's of workouts!!
* click on your favorite FREE workout(they are ALL free!!)
ENJOY YOUR WORKOUT FOR THE DAY!!!
I am the first one to admit, some of these workouts are SUPER cheesy, like Kim Kardashian's Butt Blasting workout...um, you barely break a sweat!! However, there is a great series called, Less is More-a great workout, thats only 30-40minutes! There are walking and low-impact cardio routines for beginners, interval training for more advanced, and like I said before,
I am in LOVE with the 30 Day Shred!
It's fun and a quick way to burn some calories and get your body energized and focused
ALL DAY LONG :)

So, I'm curious...
Do you workout in a gym or at home/outdoors like me? Or if you're just getting started, what is your favorite type of exercise
that you might try in the future or have tried in the past?!

I wish I could workout at home. Seems if someone isn't yelling at me I say, "screw it," and sit in front of my computer. LOL

I am your newest follower. I try to workout at home but it is too distracting. I started back at the YMCA. I am currently doing the Couch to 5K, cuz I need to lose some weight!!
