Boo!

First of all, hope you all had a Happy and safe Halloween 2011! Did ya throw away the candy yet? We haven't, but I put it all in ziploc bags for my husband to take to work! and why I loved Halloween SO much this year? Well, I definitely loved watching my boys enjoy themselves way to much, running from door to door and having a blast!

Also this morning I woke up, knowing I had eaten a slice of pizza, a Halloween cupcake,a baggie of Skittles(Mmm!) and two, small 100 Grands(wow, those were good! and my gosh that's a lot of food!), I hit the streets with a goal of being drenched in sweat and guess what? MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!! Too much sweat, if that's possible. It was running into my eyes...glad I'm able to give you so much detail! Ha! Anyway, I conquered almost 6 miles in 58:19! I'm pretty impressed with myself! Especially after a late night of Trick or Treating!

Awesome run!!! Yeah my hubby knows me too well and threw away all the candy last night so I wouldn't be tempted to eat it this morning! I ate my fair share last night!

Yes! That is the best part of running, getting that fresh start to a new day! Nice work!

100 Grand bars are the best of all the candy, but for some reason everyone forgets about them when Halloween is over. Probably for the best.

6 miles!! Yeah, you are really getting there Marissa!!! We haven't thrown the candy yet, but it was taken away to be handed out at our discretion!

Nice run Marissa! I don't throw out their candy, I just kind of think it's mean after they walk around collecting it (and I MAKE them tell their jokes - they have to earn it!). But they do only get to pick out 2 things a day from their buckets and a lot of days they forget about it completely. We have a weird candy stash cycle in our house - the Halloween candy lasts until about Easter, then anything left gets tossed and replaced with the Easter candy, which gets replaced with the summer parade candy, which gets replaced by Halloween candy....you get the idea :)
