I have been receiving some exciting workout information that I wanted to share with you...
First up is this Hoopnotica hula-hoop workout:

Now in its seventh year and facing a soaring demand for certified instructors, the program is on pace to triple the number of trainings it offers across North America and Europe.

Last year the American Council on Exercise (ACE) released a study indicating that hooping at the waist burns 400 to 600 calories an hour – on par with cardio kickboxing, but inarguably more fun. That means it's just ME, my spin bike and some free weights! I spin, jump off and then do 1-minute drills in my grass! Hey, you gotta do what you gotta do to get a great workout!
That means there's NO excuses when it comes to fitness and keeping yourself healthy, I don't have a fancy gym, but I sure use what I've got and by the end, I'm drenched in sweat! Ahhh!
