I have been receiving some exciting workout information that I wanted to share with you...
First up is this Hoopnotica hula-hoop workout:

That means it's just ME, my spin bike and some free weights! I spin, jump off and then do 1-minute drills in my grass! Hey, you gotta do what you gotta do to get a great workout!
That means there's NO excuses when it comes to fitness and keeping yourself healthy, I don't have a fancy gym, but I sure use what I've got and by the end, I'm drenched in sweat! Ahhh!

Good for you! And I'm betting the stuff you're doing in your backyard is more effective than other "traditional" stuff you could be doing in a gym.
Now about that hula hoop stuff--I don't think I could ever keep that going for an hour!!
