*Exercise WITH your kids!
-Sounds silly, but I find on days where I have little motivation, a game of tag is so much fun and gets your kids excited about exercise!
-Have a competition with your kids, see who can do the most sit-ups, push-ups...whatever!
-Find a workout video geared toward kids(depending on age)and do it together-many of these are available through your cable provider for free usage!
A family that plays together, stays together :)
