I thought I'd share my own, personal weight-loss story HERE.
*and a personal tip from my house to yours...
add 2 tbs flaxseed to ALL of your meals,
it'll give you added omega-3's and fiber that your body needs!
I add it to my kids homemade macaroni, soups, breads, muffins, and MORE!

I've heard lots about Flax Seed...especially since I have to watch my son's diet or it results in constipation which we finally have under control.
Is it safe to use while pregnant? And can you taste it mixed in with the dish? and how is the texture?

Great info on the flax seed. I mix it in with almond flour and seasonings when I make "breaded" chicken. Hope you have a great day today!
