I'm being featured!

Tammy @ Don't Blink asked if I'd be her first feature in her guest blogger series and I said YES! So head on over and check out my Q&A here and tell her that the Move It Momma sent ya :) Today's Workout: I changed things up a bit and tried some intervals while running! How do I put this...um, it kicked my booty! SERIOUSLY! I think I sweat more in those 30 minutes than I have in a long time! Whew, but I feel great so maybe it'll be just enough to get my body burning calories and help me lose those 10lbs. I so desperately want OFF??!

Intervals are awesome! And they really help to keep things interesting. Congrats on the feature.

I really like interval training on the treadmill....I don't do it often (once every two weeks?) but I have been seeing steady improvements in my time with it.
