Sweet Treat!

We aren't much on sweets, but I created these last night for my kiddos(and us too!) and I gotta say, they were pretty darn yummy!

Hmmm, not even sure what to call 'em but,

You'll Need:

graham crackers

natural peanut butter

sugar free cool whip

Layer graham with pb and cool whip, top with another cracker and place in freezer!

About 30 minutes later, ENJOY 'EM!!!

5K is this Saturday!! I will be pushing the jogging stroller, so my time may not be exactly where I want it...but the point is that I'm getting back out there and doing it! I remember how much I loved the races, being around all those people that enjoyed doing what I do. Running at a faster pace because you are so excited! I remember but guess I gave up on it for a while...but now I'm BACK!!! Can't wait to give the race report :) Who knows maybe a half-marathon will be in my future??!

My Nana use to add choc pudding to the pb mix and called them Puddinwiches! Loved those when I was a kid!!!

Good luck!! I think in the spring of next year you should make a trip to TN for a half marathon with a fellow blogger/half marathoner!! ;) Or meet me in ATL in Oct this year! haha

Cool whip on anything is divine in my book. In fact, our first computer (in 1988) my password was COOLWHIP!! lol
