The other day after signing up for this race, I decided to send out an email to all of my family and friends inviting them to conquer this 10K (or the 5K) with me on the 25th of February!
I am VERY happy to report that I have recruited my mom, four friends and a cousin too!
WOOHOO!!! That makes me so happy!
I have assured them that it'll be a great time, so here's hoping I follow through with that promise!

I like a half-cup FF Greek yogurt, a chopped up banana, a quarter-cup of granola -- YUM. Or, FF Greek yogurt, a chopped up banana and some blackberries.

Yes, I love that you recruited for the race. I like to run races with friends or family. I will still do them by myself but I am a less likely to sign up for something if I am not doing it with a friend.
Greek yogurt is my fav. I usually have it with granola but I will have to try it will Kashi. That sounds great! So glad I had some time to read your blog again Marissa!!
I won Chobani on a giveaway recently and love it. We cannot buy it yet in W Canada so was awesome for me to get some...
